Facility Listing and Fee Schedule

The following is a list of the rooms in our facility that are available for parishioners to reserve. Please contact the parish office at 701-255-4600 to check on the availability of the space you are interested in. The rooms may be used for family functions or other not-for-profit activities as long as those activities are not contrary to the mission and values of our parish. The $25.00 maintenance fee and the rental fee for the rooms must be paid in full before the reservation is confirmed. All activities must be confined to the space rented. Additional rooms will not be available unless reserved in advance.

Parish Hall (contract)
($100.00 for 4 Hours. Additional hours available at $25.00/hour.)

• Open Space: 60’ by 70’ (4,200 sq.ft.)
• Table Seating Capacity: 250
• -Set-up for maximum seating includes:
       16 round tables seating 96
       16 long tables seating 160
        4 serving tables


Parish Hall with Kitchen (contract)
($200.00 for 4 Hours. Additional hours available at $25.00/hour.)

• Open Space: 60’ by 70’ (4,200 sq.ft.)
• Table Seating Capacity: 250
• -Set-up for maximum seating includes:
       16 round tables seating 96
       16 long tables seating 160
        4 serving tables
• Rental fee includes the services of our kitchen manager who will help with serving, etc.
• If food preparation is required, separate arrangements need to be made with kitchen manager.


Community Room (contract)
($25.00/hr)

• Open Space: 36’ by 36’ (1300 sq.ft.)
• Table Seating Capacity: 100
• -Set-up for maximum seating includes:
       10 long tables seating 100
        2 serving tables
• Access to a small kitchen that includes fridge, stove, sink, and coffee maker.


Hospitality Room (contract)
($25.00/hr)

• Open Space: 20’ by 45’ (900 sq.ft.)
• Table Seating Capacity: 36
• -Set-up for maximum seating includes:
        6 round tables seating 36
        2 serving tables
• Access to a small kitchenette that includes fridge, sink, and coffee maker.

Small Conference Room (contract)
($10.00/hr)

• Open Space: 15’ by 18’ (250 sq.ft.)
• Table Seating Capacity: 12
• White board available in room for use.
• Access to a small kitchenette that includes fridge, sink, and coffee maker.


Classrooms (contract)
($10.00/hr)

• Open Space: 22’ by 30’ (650 sq.ft.)
• Table Seating Capacity: 20-40
• -Rooms may be divided in half.
• Whiteboard access available in both halves of the rooms.
