Liturgy & Ministries | Music Ministry | SonRise Choir

The SonRise Choir leads the music every Sunday at the 8:30 a.m. morning Mass (September-May). Instrumentation consists mainly of: piano and organ. The overall musical style is very choral in nature (4-part harmonies). Rehearsals are on Wednesday evenings at 6:15 p.m. and one hour prior to the Sunday Mass. Musical styles incorporated are: spirituals, hymns, Glory & Praise songs, shaker songs and acappella.
